Ages ago I considered writing a (probably) Barduil modern AU fan fiction where Bard was an artist who painted a series of paintings of Thranduil as the king of an ancient mystical kingdom. I never wrote the story, but I did do the fan art. And since it’s nearly Christmas, what could be better than a gallery full of Thranduil “paintings”?
